Rates and Policies
Carport Rental
Carports are available and can be rented for $15.00 per month.
Security Deposit
As low as $299.00**
Pet Policy
Pet fee is $20.00 per month per pet. A $100.00 non-refundable pet security deposit will be assessed. Only cats are permitted. Dogs are permitted only if they qualify as a service animal.
Resident Referral Program
Any current lease holder who refers a new resident will receive $100.00 for any new resident referral. The referral must move in on a minimum of a 12-month lease. Also, the new resident will receive $100.00 in addition to any other "specials" for which they qualify.**
